Does anyone know how to change the time between Vdd= +5V and the beginning
of Programming on the PICStart?  (or have experience using a PICStart as an
In Circuit Programmer)

I am trying to use the PICStart as an In Circuit Programmer.  I wired the
appropriate pins to my circuit board and it works.  As long as I do not have
any capacitance across Vdd and GND.  My circuit uses 0.1uF decoupling caps
<G>, and therefore doen't want to be programmed via the PICStart.

I am using MPLAB 4.12 and a PICStart Plus 2.01.00, but I would welcome any
other program that talks to the PICStart.
