Hi!

I have built this onre too and it works well.
But I have slow computer (486dx4-120) - I heard there were
people having problems on faster computers.

I used  PIP02 and  MSWindows software by Tord Andersson
without problems. Do Your programmer give proper 5V suply
and GND to chips ? (I had such simple bug in the beginning)
