Something of a newbie to the list, so please be gentle...

I am using MPLAB 4.12 and a new PICStart Plus with v2.01.00 firmware.  I
have made a cable to connect the programming lines from the PICStart to my
PCB for in circuit programming.

My problem lies in a decoupling cap in my circuit.  If I take it out,
Read/Write all day.  Put it in, No Go.  The cap is 0.1 uF and is across the
PIC.  It appears that the PICStart is not waiting as long as I need.  (I did
put in a 100 pF decoupling cap which works, so far...)

Question:  Does anyone know if the time delay between Vdd=+5 and Programming
can be adjusted?
