I have built the Pic Programmer 2 by JDM but it is not working.  I have
built many circuits and have double/triple checked this.  I have a few
questions that maybe somebody can answer.

1) Does this programmer work with JDM84 and PIP-02?

2) I have used 2N3906 transistors.  Is this a problem??

3) I have used 1N4007 for the non-zener diodes.  Is this OK??

4) I have used a 9v zener instead of 8.2v (Radio Shack had none).     Should
this be OK??
