Im busy faultfinding the C&C machine of a Tejero pipe Bender.

I cant seem to find any info on the R6511AQ (Rockwell) processor that this
machine has.

The Rockwell semi site also seems down.

Does anyone have a datasheet on this chip. I want to know what input
voltages this beast runs on and on what pins they sit.
