   You can't. It's at ground potential, and will shunt any signal to, you
guessed it, ground. There used to be a few cars out (years ago) that used the
hood or trunk lid as an antenna, but it was isolated by rubber bushings.
Also, tuning a trunk lid for radio reception would prove interesting.
