Hello, It seens that the PIC only stops when MCLR pin is connected to GND. I've made various tests with P16F84 and P16F877, and it really doesn't stops when MCLR voltage is made to 12V. I was thinking that when you connect MCLR to 12V, the PIC stops and enters in programming mode, but it doesn't.
