Murata seem to rate their CSA/CSB (and other) ceramic resonator series
at -20C to +80C.

+/- 0.5% initial tolerance.
+/- 0.3% across temperature
+/- 0.3% aging

They have an informative 17 page PDF file available.

They are fairly helpful (I'm told" and may well be able to comment on
the -40 to -20 C performance.
