Alright, something is amiss.

I upgraded to MPLAB 4.12.12, and ever since, when I try to pgm my 63/jw's
the active light goes out and mplab looses connection with the picstart.
It works with the 14000/JW and the 16C66/JW.

Any ideas, help, et al.
