My guess would be either one of the TOPSwitch or TinySwitch parts from Power Integrations (http://www.powerint.com) - they're basically three-pin offline switchers. Either that or Motorola makes some compatible parts, though I can't think of the part numbers offhand (MC3337X, I think, but I'm not sure on that.)
