Over the past several weeks there has been an off-list (as well as an
on-list) discussion about the content of the PIC list.  In order to help
resolve the problems and to provide enhancements that have been requested
(support for other micros, consideration of anything electronic as
on-topic, etc) I have worked with my ISP to put together a new mailing list
to supplement the PIC list.
