Hi I have an application where I am using RC servos (Airtronics 94102) in hi temp areas 150-175 deg F. The servos are failing (duh!). I would like to replace the servo ic's with higher temp versions. The first problem is Airtronics uses a custom mitsubishi ic (#M51791AL) that I cannot get. It looks like there are a couple of transistors (I think) labeled #8561. Does anyone know of replacement servo ic parts or a servo board schematic to build my own servo board? Anyone know of hi-temp servos? The housing is machined aluminum especially for the airtronics servo, I would like to find a way to modify the servos rather then replace. Thanks Jon
