As one friend of mine used to say "DON' T LET INPUTS FLOAT". Well, I've
seen some strange things occuring when we have a floating input. So, Let
all in 0 output!
(If you want to see what happens when you get an input whith high
impedance, do the following: set the timer/counter as counter(in RA4 pin)
and make PORTB=TMR0. I did it in a pic16f84, and I had an ... odd response)
