I am trying to burn a 12C508 pic with the PIc16PRO software and a
KitsRUS Kit96 programmer.

No errors were reported but the UIR still fails to initialize.  I've
tried the UIR.EXE utility and that fails as well.  I've checked all the
hardware with a scope and don't see any problems there.

I did notice when the pic was burned (using ir509b.hex internal) that
the burned pic had a different ID and Checksum afterwards.  Is this
normal?
