I was developing code with a 16C71 (EPROM device) and suddenly it stop to
allow write cycles. Does anyone knows how many write cycles a EPROM device can
support? Could the uv intensity speed up the degradation of the internal
insulating?
Microchip (or any other) has some app note about it?
