Still stuck moving in here (It's taking forever, some neighbors here
are, shall we say, "Political Animals", want me to live my life by their
rules, so I don't get to set my priorities as I'd have 'em be.  Grrr.
Need to get "a round tuit" there.

Interested in a C implementation of that, or pseudo code, will have use
for that on a project.  (50th?  1950, as in?)
