There was a fun one some time back, mis-classified as a virus, called "drip"
that would cause the text on screen to slowly, char by char, fall to the
bottom of the screen.

The thing was, it was an exe, and you had to run it before it would do
anything, and there was some keypress that caused it to quit.  Totally
harmless. (but funny as hell!)
