Hi Naish,

Usually this means that something else is using the same com port that
PicNPoke is trying to use. It defaults to COM 1. There is a file called
com.dat in the installation directory which has the following text.

1
19200

This is the com port and baud setting. Do not change the baud setting
but, you can change the com port setting to 2 3 or 4.

If that fails you may have to release the com port by other means.
