380VAC 3 phase will be 220Vac from one phase to neutral. The plant electrician
should be able to wire a single phase power plug for you very easily unless the
3 phase portion is wired as Delta connection. I doubt that this will be the case
as the Star connection for 3 phase is safer as it has the neutral connection to
limit how far above earth potential any one phase can get.
