If so, you need to talk to him about it. Otherwise, Charge Customer 2 the same as Customer 1. That is the fair value of the product, if you aren't changing anything. It is exactly this reason that I don't bill my customers for the "library" modules I used in their product. All mine. Nobody to ask. Everybody that buys a product using them, though, gets charged a certain amount for the basic module (I often divide development costs by 10, using std billing rate when developing the library module for myself).
