To answer your open questions. - Byte Craft does NOT support Atmel AVR, but we support a broad range of embedded microprocessors and micocontrollers. - Byte Craft originally wrote MPASM and the assembler in MPC has a very similar in feature set. - Byte Craft's Linker is a smart linker that links intermediate code allowing for full application optimization. - The linker allows mixing of assembler and C.
