I am new to pics and trying to learn enough to program a 16F84. My question
is what is the best software to use with a simple wired programmer such as
COM84? I have seen several files on the net but I am not sure what will work
and what will not. I would like to bread board a circuit to do some
experiments and just program the pic in circuit. Any help would be
appreciated.
