Look in any R/C catalog that has helicopter supplies for gyros. There are many different types to choose from including some new very small piezo based units. You can also try web sites for some of the major vendors: www.towerhobbies.com www.hobbyshack.com www.omnimodels.com Another interesting unit that should have some kind of application in robotics is a Futaba unit called something like "Pilot Assist Link". It is a small unit that kind of acts like an autopilot and kind of like a gyro for an R/C airplane. I think it acts kind of like a gyro, but has some more advanced features as well.
