Can someone send me a file to flash some leds off porta of a
PIC16F84 10Mhz. I have built a test circuit on some bread board and tried to
write a program to flash the leds and all I can get is RA0 and RA1 outputing a
square wave ( leds On) Not what I expected.
I dont know if it is the crystal or the program or the bread
board. If some can help it would be great.
May be there is a simple thing I am not doing.
All I have is the chip 4 leds a couple of resistors the
crystal and and two caps on the bread board am I missing
something???
PLEASE HELP A NEWBY.
