Thank you to those who emailed me on this. I have zipped the stuff up and
put it on my web page. You will find the link at:

The zipped file includes the assembler file for the PIC and the Borland C
files including various project, header and resource files. Let me know of
any wonderful enhancements that might be made to this.

Note that the software will run as is (provided you have the right parallel
port pins connected to the right PIC pins as explained in the software).
