Hello,

I am applying for a job with my local telephone company.  They had two
practice tests for basic electricity/electronics online that I was able to
download and take to see if I had the knowledge level in order to apply for
the job.  The questions I missed pertained to signals being transmitted
over a line.  You had to find the losses etc.  Does anyone know a
good/inexpensive book for this type of subject matter?  I have several
years of EET in college level classes behind me.  I took a power
transmissions class, but that has been almost 10yrs ago.
