These F84A-20's etc. are out, the A variant definitely does 20 MHz per
spec.  PDF file (It's still Preliminary, looks like) at

http://www.microchip.com/10/Lit/PICmicro/16F8X/index1.htm lists it as in
production.  Enjoy!
