I have also been on the list for about 2 years. I have listened a lot, learned a lot and spoke out on various threads. Sometimes I got hammered and some times I offended some one. But we are not perfect and we grow from our mistakes as well as others. It is a terribly wrong thing for you guys to drop out. You are valued, even if you feel as sense of hurt feelings, guilt or whatever. We are mostly big people, forgiving and hopefully less punitive than we sometimes seem. Stay, don't walk on eggshells, contribute and be valued.
