Leandro, Where are you from? I successfully tried the PIC 16F84-4 at 10Mhz. As far as I know, you can use it up to 15 or 16Mhz, depending on the chip. But I won't recommend on doing it. For testing or home projects, 8, 10 or 12Mhz is Ok. For production, I'm afraid that you'll have to import "-10" parts....
