Dear Mr. Blick, I think you have behaved in a very civilised and courageous manner. It takes lots of guts to admit one's mistakes and then to apologize publicly like you've done. If the offended party doesn't accept the apology, then that's their choice. We all make mistakes, nobody is perfect.
