Maybe this has been dealt with before, but I can't get the latest MPLAB version
 to start without crashing.
 The fault seems to be with the runtime file bc450rtl.dll.
 Anyone else have the same problem?
 BTW, I'm running WIN95 on a Pentium 200MHz and it crashes even in Safe Mode.
