I have the version 2.12 and have worked in simple applications with the 74.
After seen http://www.melabs.com/mel/upgrade.htm I have a question.

Now I would like to explore the 87x . I intend to use the  A/D module , LCD
control and the
USART to do (slow) data acquisition and transmission and control by RS232.
- I would appreciate any comments if for this type of applications is really
important to update and how is made the update.
( - I cannot also  find the site of Crownhill (uk) who sells me the product
, and return to US from Europe, would result in a disagreeable surprise in
custom duties)
- The  picbasic list  has been closed ?
