If you mean the LTC variant, I've done this in a 'C63. It was quick, it
was dirty, but it works fine. It was to read station timecode, so it
assumes a clean input signal, normal speed, forward timecode only.

If you can swear on a stack of bibles that you're not doing VTR
controllers, you're welcome to it, usual disclaimers.
