HI,

Has anyone been able to program the p16F876 using the MPLAB-ICD module?

Sometimes I think I've programmed the chip, but when I run the program
nothing happens.  The MPLAB window does indicate the program is running by
turning the bottom bar yellow, but none of my peripherals are doing
anything and the pic pins I set high are low.
