Not if you consider that there are very few parts for what it does:

Generate 3 regulated voltages.
Overcurrent protected.
Pi filtering all outputs.
Operates down to 8 volts input.
Power on/off with a logic level input.
Filtered input.
Power-Good output signal.
Only one transistor and one diode heatsunk.
Fan switched from raw 12 volts.
No Maxim parts :-)

Mostly though it's like every other power supply I've designed in the last
20 years and I'm very lazy.
