I have one question about this. What if I wanted to use CAT5 or CAT5E UTP
cable for a RS485/RS488 serial transmission. The data speed would be
250kbps. Basically the question is: can I run the DMX-512 protocol over
cat 5 cable or do I need to get special (more expensive) shielded cable?
