I would be willing to burn one (or more) for you.  I may have a windowed
JW part which has never been used, but I do not have any otp parts.

Note that I only have a PICStart programmer, which, IIRC, does not
verify at Vss min & max.  I've never had a problem with any chip
programmed on it, but YMMV.
