I have an Optrex data book from 1995.  It has the part number you are
looking for.  I got the databook from Digikey for a couple of bucks. Its not
very good as it seems to have been translated to english in Japan and I've
found errors in it, but it has all the info about their products. No specs
on what controller to use, though.

Michigan.  At least they were in 1995.
