Paul, didn't you really mean that to be a positive statement? Like: "I find it quite LIKELY",etc. It seems like that from the rest of the sentence. On this, I have to stand corrected once again. I knew that this wouldn't be a truly ohmic situation,but I forgot about arcing through the skin at such a high voltage.
