If it is just cost-to-the-customer you're worried about and not profit-to-the-designer then I suggest you place the design (in several file formats) on your home page and tell everyone where to find it. Everyone with an ink jet printer can buy their own iron-on T-shirt printing stuff locally and (using an inverted image) create the T-shirt themselves. I know it's a little expensive, but it will work *NOW*. This allows *EACH* 'customer' to decide if it costs too much.
