Hello,

 I have this datasheet. It is in the form of a 150k
.zip file that becomes 5 .tif files.  They are not the
best quality but they will work. I downloaded it off
the net but I dont remember where. I think it came
from rohm, but thats a guess. You can try getting it
off the net, or email me privatly and I will send it
to you, or anyone who wants it.

   If you find a better way to control the transmit
frequency let me know. My circuit works well but
drifts quite a bit with temprature variation.
