I have written a program that runs on a PICMASTER for a 16c74.  It works
fine running in the PICMASTER, but I burned an EPROM 16c74 and the program
no longer works.  Nothing shows up on the LCD display.  There is an LED that
should flash.  Its flashing but the duty cycle is not right and the buttons
do not respond properly.  It sounds like program is going off to la-la land.
I have some long calls, but they work fine in the PICMASTER and the WDT is
not used (turned off.)  Any ideas on what the problem could be?
