Hello All,
This is a beginners question.

I'm trying to program serial ( RS232) communication on a Microchip 16F84
( 10 MHz ).

I'm using PBasic and using the SERIN & SEROUT commands. I was wondering
if the PBasic SERIN & SEROUT Commands assume that the PIC is running at
4MHz and that is why I'm having trouble receiving the correct data from
the PIC.
