IEC945 is a standard for marine equipment.  To make things harder it is
not a U.S. standard.  Most labs in the U.S. have never heard of 945.  I do
have the standard and have some sources for IEC945 tested equipment and
can get you in touch with labs that can do the testing.  Call me from 8:30
