Hi People,

        I've been investigating the application of some PICs for a few projects.
One of these involves a soft start/soft stop for a DC motor. I have not had
much experience in coding techniques, but have heard about "state machines".

        Does anyone know of a website that has some examples or documentation
that might explain state machines, do's and dont's, and their implementation.
