Hello , I'm trying to read and write to a 24C00 EEPROM with a 16C505 and
am having troubles getting it to work. I am using the AN567 app. notes
and am having no luck. Does anyone know if there are any gotchas in
there. I'm using a 10K pullup on SDA. One point I'm a bit unclear on is
after a read do I still generate a 9th clock pulse before sending a stop
bit. Do I have to send an acknowledge to the 24C00 that I have received
the 8 bits? I've tried for a long time to get this to work so if anyone
has any ideas I'd appreciate it. Thanks!
