Yes, you can force Autocad to plot any size drawing to fit on any size sheet or you can have it print full size or scale any way you want. I would suggest you bring the file to a local CAD draftsperson from your phone book and have them plot it. Sounds to me like te people you are dealing with don't know what they are doing.
