I just hooked mine up to my PC today it reports 18:00 hours at 12:00 PM my time.(eastern, I'm in Maryland) that's -6 GMT ...which is wrong...???? It also reports alignment #1 and alignment #2 faults, is this due to the fact that it is only picking up 2 or 3 usable satellites? (due to the fact that the antenna is in my window sill :-) thanks for any info... P.S. It is one of the BGmicro units I hooked it up through a max233 and it works great. except for the time thing and alignment errors. (which are my fault :) > I had one of the Mavin GPS units running last weekend and it did not > crash.
