Hello Friends,

I am urgently seeking 160MHz (or above) SDRAM modules (4M x 64 or *M x64).
This is to upgrade one of clients current design. As this design uses SDRAM
modules, I like to keep the same interface rather than going for DDR type
DRAM.

Any help ?
