The main downside to using the "light" version
of Eagle for small projects has alwas been that
(a) the interface is, to be kind, less than fully
intuitive, and (b) Cadsoft has provided the
full documentation only with an actual purchase,
and then only in printed form (no pulling up the
pdf when you can't find the book). Cadsoft seems
to have finally changed this policy, because the
manual is now available for download in English at:

and in German at:

ftp://ftp.cadsoft.de/pub/program/manual355-ger.pdf

Anyone using Eagle Light without this manual
will probably want to grab a copy.
